Cancellation Policy

Bookings & Submissions All appointments are confirmed only after full payment is received. Clients must provide relevant information (such as birth data for BaZi, floor plans, photos or videos for Feng Shui) after booking to allow sufficient preparation. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule their bookings online at any time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to Wix’s refund policy. Please contact us at byheart_fengshui for any issues. We will not share personal data with third parties without explicit permission. No-Shows & Late Arrivals Clients who do not attend without prior notice may be charged the full session fee. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time, especially for Zoom-based sessions.
